Beautiful morning

We are now into the month of May. Sunrise is much earlier as we approach the middle of the year. By 6.45am, the sky is lightening... the sun ray touching the skies just like a painter touching his paint-dipped brush to the canvas...with swift strokes, transforming the dark to deep pink, vibrant orange and yellow and lightening to pale blue....promising yet another beautiful and bright day!


Staring at the pale blue skies...I can't help feeling a note of optimism that today will be another bright sunny and beautiful day. A smile touches my lips as I go about with my morning routine.


Yes, there's much to get done this week, starting with a healthy breakfast and a cup of soymilk to start my day.
